Is this trek suitable for beginners?

Yes. The Tiger Falls trail is a gentle forest descent and ascent of about 5 km each way. Basic fitness is enough.

What should I pack?

Trekking shoes, a warm layer, a rain shell, a torch, sunscreen and a one-litre water bottle.
