How hard is the Chandrashila climb?
Moderate. The Tungnath trail is paved and steady; the final summit push is steep but short. First-timers with basic fitness complete it comfortably.
Can I do this in winter?
Yes, it is a famous snow trek from December to March. We provide gaiters and microspikes when the trail has snow.
